COVID-19 Important Update
Following the approval to move to Step 4 from England Hockey we are now in receipt of guidance from umpires in the safe officiating of matches. Please refer to the link below which gives all the information you need to know in respect of match play control. It is important that all clubs and captains are also aware of their responsibilities on match play so this is an important read for all participants in the game.
Following the implementation of GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulations) on 25th May 2018 CHUA have provided the following documents for your information. These have been emailed to all umpires on the current contact list. Please ensure that you provide confirmation that you agree to your details being provided to our clubs as necessary.

We appreciate that after an incident has occurred that it can be quite unsettling when it comes to the completion of the paperwork. Understanding the process makes this much simpler and the following downloads will help to provide you with an insight into what is required.
Note: Umpires are required to send the forms to the County Disciplinary Officer within 72hrs.
