The Cornwall Plate is the county's second-tier knockout competition and is contested by clubs eliminated from the early stages of the Cornwall Cup.
The 2018-19 Champions were Truro A (Men) and Falmouth II (Women)
The 2019-20 compeition will begin in October 2019 and see a change to the format of the competition, with both men's and women's tournaments now encompasing a group stage for the first time.
The four highest-ranked Men's and Women's teams will be given a bye to the Cup Quarter finals, with the remaining teams contesting a group stage to claim one of the remaining four slots - those teams missing out on a cup quarter final will retain a change to enter the plate.
The group stage draw will be made in July 2019
