Men's County squad perform at Championships

Saturday's results were disappointing with a 2-1 loss to Nottingham after a closely fought first game and a further loss against Norfolk 4-0. After having a frank discussion on the Sunday morning things improved greatly and although losing to the Channel Islands 5-3 it was another good hard competitive game. The final game against Wiltshire was another close and hard fought game drawing 2-2 after leading it for most of the match.
As you can see from the scores Cornwall were not that far away from getting three results and the squad never felt that they were outplayed (Norfolk will never be mentioned again!). Everyone seemed to have a good time so this can be used as a platform for next year!
